Statement of Faith
The doctrinal position of this ministry is contained in the following statement of faith.
- We believe the scriptures – both Old and New Testaments as being the inspired word of God completely inerrant in the original writings and of supreme and final authority.
- We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin being fully God becoming fully man. The Holy Spirit was sent by the Father as promised to convict the world of sin, to glorify Jesus and to transform the lives of believers into the likeness of the Christ.
- We believe that man was created in the image and likeliness of God; he sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death which is separation from God. And we believe that all human beings are born with a sinful nature, and in the case of those who reach moral responsibly, become sinners in thought, word and deeds.
- We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures by voluntarily giving Himself as a sinless substitutionary sacrifice, and all who believe in Him are redeemed and justified on the ground of His shed blood.
- We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of Jesus Christ, His ascension into heaven, and His present life for us as High Priest and Advocate.
- We believe in "that Blessed Hope" the personal, pre-millennial and future return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
- We believe that all who receives by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit and are secure in Christ forever.
- We believe man was created to exist forever, and we will either exist eternally separated from God by sin or in union with God through forgiveness.
- We believe that the true church is a spiritual organism made up of all who have trusted Jesus Christ for salivation; that in its local manifestation the church is an autonomous assembly of believers; and that its ordinances are baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
