Teaching is about relating information to a learner in such a way that it is accepted as truth, retained as knowledge, and purposed for creating change within the learner. Biblical teaching is about the same purpose - change - change in appearance and conduct. In spiritual change, we have a gauge. We can look at ourselves in the mirror of reality and truth to see if we are reflecting the image of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Mirror Ministries schedules, sponsors and leads many different venues of Biblical teaching. Dan, Joyce and other ministry teachers are intimately involved in these venues. They teach Enrichment Classes for couples, midweek Bible Studies by gender for men and women, and special mixed group topical studies from time to time. Another blessing provided by this ministry is the weekly Scripture verses and devotionals sent to hundreds of people via postal service and the internet.

It is our purpose to teach believers the living Word as a resource for growth and development as a disciple of Jesus Christ. We teach the learners certain concepts and principles (INTRODUCTION). We give them enough background and context for understanding and framework, and then we break down the verses into digestible bites for absorption (INTERPRETATION). Finally, we relate the concepts, principles and supportive verse for use in the lives of the learners today (APPLICATION).
